ONE HOUR OF DEVELOPMENT TIME PER MONTH
*12 Month minimum subscription. Pay monthly or pay annually for a 10% discount.
PAYMENTS
On all Pay-Monthly plans, you must commit to an initial 12-month contract.
The first payment must be made after the home page of the site has been created.
Payments are made every month and a 10% discount will apply for payment for 12 months upfront.
We reserve the right to adjust the monthly service price after the initial 12-month period, or at any time (including the first 12 months) if there are significant changes in the site's scale or complexity.
OWNERSHIP
Ownership of your site transfers to you after 36 months of payments, at which point I will provide you with a back up of the site if you wish to move it to a different provider or host it yourself.
If you wish to own and receive your files before 36 months is up, you can pay the the remaining monthly subscription fees.
ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE
Websites will me constructed using core Joomla or Wordpress components and plugins. If third party plugins are required, you will be responsible for the cost of these.
DEVELOPMENT TIME
You are eligible for one hour of free development time each month, after which additional website development will be billed at my standard rate.
The development time for each month must be utilized within that same month. Unused time does not carry over to the following month and becomes non-redeemable. Using development time from previous or future months is not permitted.
SECURITY UPDATES
Security updates and site security is the responsibility of ourselves.
LEGAL
You will be legally responsible for the content of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse updates to the site if the scope of the site changes significantly to encompass ethically or legally dubious content.

**Full ownership of your website after payment received. Deposit may be required after home page built.
PAYMENTS
Costs will be agreed before work commences. Costs will not increase uring development unless the scope increases signficantly.
I will create the home page of the site first, and I expect the initial payment of half the anticipated site cost following that.
The remaining balance for the website, along with any additional services you may have utilized, can be paid after the website is fully completed.
You take ownership of the site immediately upon full payment.
Although I may hold ownership of the site before it is paid off, you remain legally responsible for it and its content.
